The window for general admission to camp has closed (but fear not: if you’re still interested in attending and didn’t get a chance to sign up, email icewriters@gmail.com) – time to get ready for this summer!!! Notifications of acceptance (along with all pertinent information) should be in your email inboxes soon (parents be warned, if you put your kid’s email on the application, that’s where the notice is going).
A few quick and sad announcements: WATER and the ICE camps scheduled for Trinity Oaks Elementary and Holy Innocents Church have been cancelled due to low enrollment. One thing we’ve learned over the many years of doing these camps: it’s hard to stakeout new locations and new ideas. However, the camps that are running are going STRONG. All of us at TBAWP are thrilled at the prospect of working with so many young, talented people this summer through the big camps at Shorecrest and Corbett as well as our new program WIND.
It’s going to be a summer full of beautiful words, blazing ideas, and immersive creativity.
